Kedisha Ebanks
Master Certified Life Coach, CPA, FCCA, CFP Candidate
With over 23 years of experience in professional services, Kedisha, a former EY Partner, has a robust background in Financial Services, globally. Kedisha’s leadership encompassed diverse responsibilities, including collaborating with C-Suite Executives on complex transformation programs, building sales and revenue pipelines, managing large teams, and incubating client solutions. Notably, she championed firm-wide people initiatives, fostering career growth for many. Beyond work, Kedisha is deeply involved in philanthropy, serving on boards, and volunteering locally. She shares her life with her husband, Andre, and their two daughters.
Kedisha’s passion for coaching and helping others is deeply rooted in her personal journey, starting in Jamaica, where she grew up in a working-class family. Despite facing challenges, her family instilled in her the values of courage, determination, and community. They prioritized education, making significant sacrifices to ensure she could pursue a college degree, becoming the first in her family to achieve this milestone. This education opened doors, leading her to a successful career in public accounting and professional services, ascending to the Partner rank.
Reflecting on her own struggles and successes, she has come to understand the transformative power of education, financial acumen, and a rewarding career. These elements, coupled with unwavering support and faith, propelled her to ascend the corporate ladder and change her socio-economic status. Now, her mission is to inspire hope and unlock the potential within
other individuals, offering the right resources and support to help them thrive in mind, body, and spirit, and achieve their most significant goals.
