Kedisha Ebanks
Master Certified Life Coach, CPA, FCCA, CFP®
With over 23 years of experience in professional services, Kedisha, a former EY Partner, has a global background in Financial Services. She has worked with C-Suite executives on complex transformation programs, built sales and revenue pipelines, led large teams, and developed innovative client solutions, while also championing firm-wide people initiatives and career development.
Kedisha’s passion for coaching is rooted in her personal journey growing up in Jamaica in a working-class family where education, courage, determination, and community were deeply valued. Becoming the first in her family to earn a college degree opened the door to a successful career and ultimately partnership in professional services.
Through her own journey, she experienced the transformative power of education, financial knowledge, career opportunity, faith, and strong support systems. Today, her mission is to help others unlock their potential, navigate life and career decisions, and build meaningful success in mind, body, and spirit.
