She brings real-world leadership experience, strategic insight, and a practical coaching approach to help clients achieve their career goals.
Kedisha’s passion for coaching is rooted in her personal journey. Raised in a working-class family in Jamaica, she grew up valuing education, courage, determination, and community. As the first in her family to earn a college degree, she opened doors to a successful career, ultimately rising to the rank of Partner.
Today, her mission is to help others realize their full potential and take purposeful action toward career success that aligns with who they are and what matters most to them.

Geano Thompson is a seasoned leader with over 15 years of experience in business execution, strategy, data analytics, and cybersecurity. He has successfully led high-stakes global projects for Fortune 50 financial institutions, government entities, and top consumer brands, consistently turning challenges into strategic victories.
Geano holds an Executive MBA from Georgetown University, a B.S. in Computer Information Systems, and an A.S. in Cyber Crime & Digital Forensics. He is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
Geano's journey to coaching is marked by overcoming personal challenges and leveraging each experience for growth. He views coaching as a professional service that offers new perspectives and strategies to propel clients forward. With his unique blend of traditional strategies and innovative solutions, Geano is committed to unlocking clients' potential and driving transformative change.
